 HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND PACKAGING?

Royal mail track and trace is £5.50

Upgrade options for priority/tracked and signed for are also available.

For UK orders, please allow 2-4 working days for standard delivery. Note - We do not ship on  Sundays or Holidays. 

UK priority parcels will take 1-2 business days.

Standard UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 first class large letter postage and will be scanned as delivered through your letterbox at the point of delivery. 

Priority UK orders are shipped via DHL and are signed for and fully tracked with a 1 hour time slot.

Orders with 5 or more items will automatically be sent via DHL.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When you purchase your crystal, you will get a confirmation email letting you know when it has been sent. Currently we do not offer free UK tracking unless 5 or more items have been ordered or if you have selected this upgrade option. Our envelopes are scanned so we will know when they have arrived with you. International items (outside of UK) will be all  be tracked. 

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, we offer a 14 day returns policy for all items expect for Crystals. Due to the nature of what we do, the energy that is exchanged is not returnable. Wedo not accept returns of bath or skin care products for health and safety issues. 

If you change you mind on our candles you can return your items within 14 days for a refund. Shipping is not included. If your item is damaged or broken you can also return within 14 days. Please go to the "contact us" page to let us know and we will send you return shipping details.  

WHAT IF MY CANDLE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We offer a full replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged due to the postal service.
